These nourishing retreat days are for gradutates and current students of MBSR and MSC as well as other mindfulness practitioners. There will be an opening and closing circle and the rest will be spent in guided and unguided silent practice, to just let ourselves rest and "BE", and be refreshed by the practices.
In the company of others, we'll join together in supportive community to practice mindfulness and compassion meditations from the Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindful Self-Compassion Course (MSC):

MSC retreat, Sunday, December 2, 10 am - 2pm, includes Whole Foods Buffet. For MSC grads and other MSC practitioners, Coed. Trish's meditation hall in Oakenshaw, Baltimore City - address sent upon registration.
MSC retreat, Monday, December 3, noon - 4pm, includes Whole Foods Buffet. For MSC grads and other MSC practitioners, Women only (all gender-identified women welcome). Trish's meditation hall in Oakenshaw, Baltimore City - address sent upon registration.

Please note: While these retreats include self-care, mindfulness practices and supportive community, those in active crisis may be best served by direct one-on-one support by mental health providers.
