Now offering traditional 8-week individual and group MBSR as well as intensive weeklong MBSR in a small group and private format. All of my MBSR offerings provide at least 25 hours of applied mindfulness training as well as a variety of opportunities for integration and optional continued feedback/instruction. Classes will begin in late January. Private MBSR begins mid-January.
